Learning and Development
At Quess Corp., people are our greatest assets and hence we heavily focus on their development. We have 300+ e-learning courses that are accessible to our employees, these are upgraded regularly. We conduct instructor led courses every month to develop fundamental business skills across the employee base. We also focus specifically on our top talent by investing in flagship programs like the CRUCIBLE and CATALYST for the senior leaders. For our emerging women leaders, we have the GROW Program. EVOLVE is a program run for first time managers. We take great pride in focusing on our internal employees growing and taking on leadership positions from within. We also encourage our leaders to participate in open programs. Last year, three of our women leaders featured in the Top 10% Club at Jombay’s 1000 Women Leaders Program, and two of our CEOs were selected as part of the elite Top 25 CXOs across India, organized by the Great Manager Institute.
